Gong Sound Meditation

Josie collaborates with Leith James to produce an extraordinary experience in the delivery of her Resilience training programs.   As well as all the neuroscience principles and experiential practice of applying sound strategies to build practical resilience capability, Leith joins Josie to deliver a powerful 5-10mins Gong Sound meditation experience that will resonated for days and weeks after the workshop event.

Gong Sound Meditation is a deeply relaxing and therapeutic experience for your body, mind and soul. We use a range of ancient instruments including Gongs, Didgeridoo (Yidaki) and Himalayan & Crystal singing bowls, along with other soothing instruments.

Aimed at supporting you to relax your body, quiet and calm your mind, and enable a reprieve from your daily stresses and worries, gongs are ideal for stress and pain reduction, deep relaxation, healing and personal transformation.

The transformational qualities of gongs were known to ancient cultures as powerful therapeutic instruments. The gong generates multi-dimensional ripples of sound that grow into waves and bathe your entire body in streams of sound. Intuitively, by integrating functional harmony in your mind and body will enable you to restore optimum health and balance in your life. Sound meditation has been proven to ease the symptoms of depression and fatigue, as well as other conditions relating to lack of harmony in the body. Sound meditation may be especially helpful for people who find it difficult to switch off the mind or meditate.

Gong Sound Meditation may assist you to:

  • Reduce stress
  • Stimulate your glandular system to clear emotional blockages
  • Supply nutrients to the nervous system
  • Enable learning and productivity
  • Raise your vibratory frequency for greater calm and inner peace
  • Relieve physical, mental and emotional pain symptoms
  • Enhance sleep and relaxation
